Hi, I’m Jami.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been a problem solver–whether piecing together jigsaw puzzles in kindergarten or leading my volleyball team in high school. This drive for success led me to build a career navigating leadership, operations, and transformation within complex organizations, always focused on making things better.
Over 15 years, I’ve developed expertise in change management, system strategy, and growth execution, working across industries–primarily healthcare– leading initiatives, launching ventures, and improving business functions. Through this work, I’ve witnessed the dedication of leaders committed to problem-solving for their teams and communities. But I’ve questioned whether we are truly being intentional and solving the right problems.
While tackling complex challenges in business, I saw the same issues repeatedly–misalignment, resistance to change, and solutions that didn’t stick. I realized the way to solve problems is just as crucial as the solutions themselves.
